Latcho Drom's Miss Mayze is a 15h 2006 Latcho Drom/Darby Dolly mare.
She is broke to ride and has a full year under saddle and is a real
pleasure to ride. Mayze inherited lots of hair from her famous sire;
her tail is a goot wide and absolutely gorgeous! Mayze is a very
striking mare and always draws lots of attention wherever she goes. If
she is in the fron pastures, where she is visible to the cars passing,
you will always see people pull over to take a few minutes to check her
out. She has already produced three nice babies for us through embryo
transfer. She passes on her abundant hair and heavy bone to her foals.
She gets her awesome forward movement from her grand sire, Gypsy King.
Very easy to handle and willing to learn. She loads, ties, cross-ties,
clips, bathes, stands for vet and farrier, and loads and hauls like a
pro. Miss Mayze is just an all around good girl. We have bred Miss
Mayze to the infamous "Romeo" for a 2011 foal. Since Mayze carries a
recessive red gene we are really hoping for a palomino or buckskin
baby!! I am sure whatever color we get it will have lots of hair!!
